The villa can accommodate up to 48 adults and 18 children comfortably, split over 26 bedrooms.

The Villa is run like a resort. You will be greeted and picked up at the airport, check in like in a hotel, the Villa manager will introduce you to all facilities and services and will be present to fulfil all your wishes. The villa currently has one European on-site manager - Mr. Renaud (Belgian) - and a full-time staff of 17.

The villa manager supervises Kalyana and brings a great wealth of experience to the position, so all questions or requests are handled quickly from initial enquiry to check in. The in-villa team lives on-site so always close at hand 24 hours a day. They ensure guests are taken care of always, make up the rooms unobtrusively and maintain the daily running of the villa. The private in-house chef serves up Thai and western dishes from an extensive menu. Villa Kalyana provides a comprehensive concierge service offering advice and bookings to help guests make the most of the island.

Media Server loaded with hundreds of HD movies accessible from every bedroom and the TV room. All rooms are equipped with brand new Samsung Smart LED (integrated with internet access). Game and billiard room (the game room can be transformed into a living lounge or conference room)

PRIVATE BAY & BEACH

Expect to be completely alone on our white sandy beach. Soaked in the lukewarm ocean water. The sea is swimmable, especially during high tide, at low tide the first 40 meters are shallow and perfect for kids!
