A luxurious family holiday home, the 5-bedroom Fah Sai spoils guests with sumptuous living areas, wide coastal views and plenty of space for guests to enjoy their own personal retreat. A wide infinity pool overlooks the ocean – cool off during the day with spectacular panoramas, or take a midnight dip against a backdrop of twinkling city lights.
Great for families, couples or colleagues seeking a pampered tropical retreat, the elegant Fah Sai is laid out a little differently from Samsara Phuket’s other villas. More wide than deep, it offers extra privacy to guests, with 5 bedrooms that each have their own ensuite and separate entrance. The upstairs master bedroom is a self-contained suite of its own. Perfect for a small family, it comprises a light-filled sitting area, a walk-in wardrobe and private front entrance that opens to the road.
Downstairs, 4 additional bedrooms are spaced out around the pool area, each with direct pool access and commanding views of Nakalay Bay. A game room is nestled between them, with comfy sofa seating, a full entertainment system and floor-to-ceiling glass walls that let guests keep an eye on the pool while they relax inside.
Upstairs living areas showcase spectacular coastal views. Most of the exterior walls of Fah Sai are actually picture windows, letting in the Phuket sunshine, the twinkling city lights of Patong and the vast open sky and sea – inspiration for the name ‘fah sai,’ which is Thai for ‘ blue sky’. An indoor formal dining area, an open-plan kitchen with breakfast nook and a covered outdoor terrace give families, friends and colleagues plenty of options for dining. You also have your own live-in chef and housekeeper/sous chef to prepare delicious Thai, Indian and Western meals to order. Enjoy a seafood barbecue on the terrace, have cocktails by the pool, or order breakfast in bed with stunning Andaman Sea views.
Fah Sai’s most impressive features is its 18-meter infinity pool, which offers unbeatable views over Nakalay Bay to the Patong skyline and beyond. Surrounded by sun loungers and sheltered from direct sunlight from mid-afternoon, it’s the ideal setting for all-day lounging. As with all Samsara Phuket homes, Fah Sai has a villa concierge to take care of all travel arrangements and provide assistance whenever it’s needed.
STAFF
Chef – Resident chef is an expert with Thai food. Broadly skilled also with western, Chinese, and Indian cuisine. Doubles as a second housekeeper when not in the kitchen.
HouseKeeper – Resident housekeeper doubles as a sous-chef at meal-time.
Villa Conciege – On-site villa concierge speaks fluent English. She can assist with home spa treatments, island excursions, transportation needs, golf bookings, and other personalized requests.

Standard check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out time 12:00 nn unless other arrangements have been made and agreed upon by the Lessor. Early arrivals or late departure times are subject to the availability of the Property and extra fees will be imposed. Please refer below for the applicable corresponding fees:
Check-in Time:
- From 10:00 a.m. and onwards - 50% of the regular daily rate
- Before 10:00 a.m. - 100% of the regular daily rate
These additional fees include the cost of our chef to prepare lunch.
Check-out Time:
- Until 6:00 p.m. - 50% of the regular rate
- After 6:00 p.m. - 100% of the regular daily rate
A security deposit is required by the Lessor prior to the arrival date. The security deposit will be authorized on credit card 48 hours before arrival or can be paid by bank transfer 10 days before arrival. The security deposit will be released or returned to the Lessee within 48 hours after check-out
