Villa Cempaka

Villa Cempaka is the first villa you come to when you enter the exclusive world of Siri Mendira Beach Villas. Named after the flower Cempaka, this 400 sq. m residence is situated on approximately 850 sq. m beautifully landscaped land. Facing the ocean and with the private beach, it has all one should wish for on a luxurious tropical escape.

The living room, with a view over the 17 meter infinity pool and the ocean, is tastefully furnished with comfortable, classic furniture and antiques. A 42” LCD TV, DVD player, dock station and free wifi internet connection gives ample opportunity for entertainment. Adjacent is a fully equipped kitchen.

The 4 air conditioned spacious bedrooms all have a super king size bed (200x200cm) of highest quality, an en suite bathroom with separate shower and bathtub, plenty of wardrobe space and a safety deposit box for the guests convenience. In front of each bedroom upstairs you find a spacious daybed, and there is an ocean view from all the rooms.

Downstairs is a guest powder room. Discreetly in the back, is a separate staff house, also with a fully equipped kitchen.

LIVING AREAS

This spacious 80 sq. meter living room is dominated by the spectacular view over the 17 meter long infinity pool and the ocean. Generously furnished with a happy mixture of comfortable, classic furniture and beautiful Balinese antiques. A 42” LCD TV with cable connection keeps you updated on all the important sports scores and the world’s latest happenings. The DVD player and the wifi internet connection can supply you with ample entertainment. Bring you Ipod and share your favorite music.

A beautiful dining table made out of one magnificent piece of wood, generously seats 10 people. Adjacent is a fully equipped kitchen.

BEDROOMS

Four spacious air conditioned bedrooms, all with ocean view, en suite bathrooms with both shower and bathtub. Ample wardrobe space and safety deposit boxes for the guests convenience. Fabulous super king beds (200x200cm) of highest quality with mosquito nets. Two bedrooms are located on each floor.

KITCHEN & DINING

- In house dining
Their capable kitchen staff loves to make their guests satisfied, and delicious meals tend to make most people happy. They recommend their guests to plan ahead. Let their manager help you, study their menu when you arrive and make plans, so that they can try to accommodate your wishes. Do not hesitate to let them know in advance if you have any special needs or requests.

- The Bale
Most guests favor this charming Balinese tradition of an outdoor dining room. Beautifully situated facing both the swimming pool and the ocean, this is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner. There you are protected from the sun with the pleasant sea breeze as a natural cooler, and the view is spectacular.

- Kitchen/Staff Room
Discreetly located in the back is Villa Bakung’s staff house. There is a fully equipped kitchen for the staff to prepare every meal you might order.

FULLY STAFFED

Today they have employed 21 people full time, and they are all at their guest’s service. They have 24/7 security, an in house manager, butlers, chefs, engineers, gardeners and room help. They expect their guests to enjoy their vacation, and let their staff take care of the rest. You do not need to cook unless you want to. Let them know if you are in need of a baby sitter. They have car service when requested.

MAN MADE BEACH

Whilst most of East Bali’s coastline is rocky, leaving only short spots of narrow sandy beaches, they built their own golden beach. Anywhere else in Bali, beaches are available for public use, even if located in front of a private villa. Siri Mendira Beach Villas are exclusively facing their private beach. Sport activities are allowed on the beach. Sand volley ball and the more relaxed game of boule, are two alternatives. They have even had weddings there.
