The stunning open-plan living and dining space at Villa Anavaya influences the vacation lifestyle and defines its possibilities. The big al fresco sofas, under cover, beckon day and night as they look out to green islands in the distance, across the L-shaped pool with its whirlpool and the most spectacularly endless views; creating a deep energy of relaxation that radiates out. Meanwhile, the culinary delights of the villa’s private chef can be sampled at the outdoor dining table for 12, whilst an island kitchen and bar add a homely feel along with the small TV room/study.

Each of the six en-suite bedrooms, including a wonderfully spacious 90 sqm Master Bedroom, take in the beach, ocean and island vistas too, with floor to ceiling windows and doors leading out to a balcony with sun loungers or seating. Inspiring balance, relaxation is combined with activities, from playful pool toys to a games room with ping-pong table. The in-villa fitness room boasts a treadmill, elliptical and bike with free weights too, whilst the estate offers a tennis court. A private cinema with a projector and 3D glasses is inviting for matinees out of the sunshine and chilled-out movie nights.

As the sun sets over another perfect day, Villa Anavaya lights up with mellow interior lighting really showing the entrance’s water feature off superbly and a turndown service that adds that extra feeling of being looked after. Quirky egg shape lamps light up outside and change color, as does an outdoor bar, giving the villa a funky, after-dark ambiance as does the chill-out bed on the lawn close to the edge of the beautiful seascape view beyond and chill-out tunes played from the NUVO sound system.
