Sri Villas are found between Bentota Beach and Kosgoda Beach in the charming town of Induruwa. Sri Villas actually consists in 3 uniquely designed villas (Sagara, Nisala, Araliya) offering a total of 9 bedrooms. Sri Villas is one of the few privately owned properties on the southwest coast of Sri Lanka that can truly be called beachfront, boasting undisturbed panoramic views of the Indian Ocean. Built by three friends as their retreat from some of Asia’s most hectic cities, their three stylish villas sit on a secluded, unspoilt beach and share a beautiful pool, tropical gardens and incredible sunsets.
Much of the villas’ design aesthetic is based on traditional Sri Lankan homes, awash with high vaulted ceilings and tall louvered doors. Windows shading large open spaces provide wonderful ventilation and allow the cooling ocean breeze to permeate the property.

LIVING AREAS
Sri Villas has three elegant two-story villas, which can be rented separately or together. Each villa has luxuriously appointed interiors, with generous living and dining spaces, spacious balconies and master suites with oversized en-suite bathrooms.
The Villas
Sagara Villa features two King Suites upstairs (each with fan, AC, en suite and balcony), and a Garden Suite downstairs (with fan, AC, en suite and opening to the verandah). The villa also has a large living/dining room.
Nisala Villa features two Ocean View Suites upstairs (each with fan, AC, en suite and balcony), and a large living/dining area downstairs overlooking the pool and the beach.
Araliya Villa features two King Suites upstairs (each with fan, AC, en suite and balcony), and two smaller rooms downstairs - suitable for singles or children - a double room with fan, AC and en suite and a twin room with fan and AC - the bathroom is just across the hallway. The villa also has a large living/dining area and verandah.
25 metre Pool
In front of the villas is a stunning family-friendly 25-metre lap pool, with steps leading to a shallow section for children.

Sri Villas has its owned exceptionally well-trained, friendly English-speaking staff in residence, so that guests may completely relax and feel at home.
Dining
Dining is one of the highlights of any stay at Sri Villas. Enjoy wonderful traditional Sri Lankan curries, fresh seafood caught and prepared on the same day and a healthy variety of Asian and European dishes.
Massage & Yoga
Yoga teachers are available for private lessons at Sri Villas. Guests may also enjoy massages in the privacy of Sri Villas.

Ten minutes south of Bentota Beach, and five before Kosgoda Beach, is the charming town of Induruwa – home to Sri Villas.
Sri Villas is ideally located for those who wish to get out and about. In nearby Bentota you will find all kinds of water sports, including a water skiing and surfing school. There are more gentle pursuits such as river cruises and hiking through local villages and paddy fields. For those in search of culture, the nearby home and exotic gardens of Sri Lanka’s famous architect Geoffrey Bawa are open to the public.
Sri Villas is less than an hour away from the historic city of Galle with its world heritage Dutch Fort and international cricket pitch. Either take a trip to Hikkaduwa or Unawatuna, or, stay close by and enjoy the local ancient temples, turtle hatcheries and relax at a choice of Ayurvedic spas in the area.
