Mannao Estate

Mannao Estate is comprised of two vacation compounds – Villa Mannao and Little Mannao – that have, all in all, about 11 pavilions which feature traditional Balinese architecture – especially with their distinguishing alang-alang thatch as well as Joglo style roofs as their trademark structural detail.

Interiors are consistently appointed with mostly weathered wood furnishings combined with chic, contemporary pieces. While exteriors are embellished with enormous and ornate tribal art and figures.

Intended for extended families, big groups of friends or large parties out together for a live-in, destination celebration, the villa is fully equipped with hotel and resort grade amenities that guarantee sheer delight and fun for each and every guest. At Mannao Estate, your momentous occasion will, truly, be more memorable especially with the villa’s exotic and rustic appeal.

Together, the two Mannao villas – eight-bedroomed Villa Mannao and four-bedroomed Little Mannao – offer a twelve-bedroom rental options.

OUTDOOR & POOL AREA

Overall, there are three swimming pools on the property’s sprawling gardens of well-maintained lawn – deliberately laid out to be directly accessible from almost anywhere you may be on the estate. So on impulse, you can simply jump into mesmerizing, glassy waters to do laps, to wade or to play.

Out of the water, you can stretch out on cushioned, wooden pool beds on stone decks, or you can retreat to comfortable poolside bales. These swimming pool areas are also perfect for cocktail and barbecue parties especially on cool evenings.

LIVING AREA

Throughout the entire estate are three living areas where you can all mingle and mix, as well as three dining areas where you can all sample authentic local specialties and western staples – masterfully prepared by the in-house chef from any of the estate’s two modern kitchens.

BEDROOMS

The estate has a total of 12 bedrooms with varying accommodations – from king-sized to bunk beds. Bedroom combinations can also be pre-arranged if you’re travelling with kids.

All bedrooms have dedicated bathrooms with bathtubs and showers. Some of these are installed outdoors.

STAFF & SERVICES

Tasked to render the villa’s services is a staff that’s comprised of housekeepers, pool attendants, gardeners, security personnel as well as a personal guest assistant.

Aside from the chef, babysitters, drivers, laundry helpers and spa therapists are on call. However, their services will be charged separately. Bike, scooter, car and boat rentals are also available.

WEDDINGS & EVENTS

With its rice field views and spacious lawn, Mannao Estate is perfect for small or large events ranging from weddings to retreats to birthdays. It is ideally located in a tranquil area yet nearby to the busy area of Seminyak; which, makes it convenient for organizing events.
