Tropical sunsets are among the most iconic images of a carefree, romantic life. Sunsets in Phuket are especially vivid, with several beaches and headlands along its west coast offering prime viewing positions.

Natai Beach, just over the bridge from Phuket on the mainland, offers endless and near-deserted sands for observing the changing hues of the horizon. Or if you wish to watch a sunset unfold from grand heights then stop by Cape Promthep or the nearby windmill viewpoint in Rawai for a bird’s eye view.
