Bluesiam Villa only accepts events and wedding or party that are organized by them or have been approved by the villa's management. In the event there is an additional outside staff in the villa, they will be responsible for any additional charge for cleaning if necessary.

Capacity : The villa sleeps 22 people in 11 bedrooms. Extra bed is available at 1,500 THB per night not including breakfast and baby cot is at 2,000 THB per night.
Other rates apply for the rental of 5, 6, 8 or 10 bedrooms - Please contact us for all costs and conditions. In case of booking less than 11 bedrooms at Bluesiam Villa, the rooms will be chosen and prepared by the villa only. However, the guest will still have full access to all of the facilities.

Check-in and check-out times are 3:00pm and 11:00am
Early arrival or late departure will depend upon availability of the villa. Early check in from 08:00 and late check out before 18:00 fee is 50% of the daily rate. Before 08:00 and after 18:00, full daily rate is applicable.
A 250,000THB refundable security deposit is payable before arrival at the villa
