Villa The Sanctuary Bali has a professional and fully equipped kitchen connected to the central dining and living pavilion (320 m2) overlooking the 35 meter infinity pool and 500 meter river frontage with unobstructed infinity views over Bali’s beauty. The villa also has two wooden Bales with library, media room, cinema system, international satellite TV, lounge, billiards table, Jacuzzi Hot Tub, Spa and Gym, games and DJ system. Villa The Sanctuary Bali accommodates 9 luxurious bedrooms spread out over 5 accommodation pavilions:
- One private pavilion offers a very spacious Master Bedroom (384 m2) with en-suite bathroom, tropical garden and private pool (10 meter). This two storey, one bedroom, private pool villa is perfect for the person who organizes the booking.
- One large pavilion has 4 Luxurious Bedrooms close to the dining and living area.
- One pavilion has 2 Luxurious Bedrooms build along the river.
- One small wooden pavilion has a romantic bedroom behind the Master Bedroom.
- One pavilion houses the bunk bedroom (bunk house) for 20 children or guests in 10 bunk beds.

Last but not least Villa The Sanctuary Bali has:
- A Spa in a typical Balinese Lumbung along the river with massage and lounging facilities
- A small Gym next to the bunkhouse.
- A enclosed wooden Bale with air-conditioned media room. This Bale houses library, cinema and lounge. Here you also find some games and 100 international Satellite TV channels.
- An open air wooden Bale with billiards room. This Bale houses a billiards table with lounge chairs and bar. Here you also find an I-Pod DJ system to build a small party in the villa.

All pavilions of Villa The Sanctuary Bali have typical wooden Balinese roof structures called Sirap. The foundations are made of Balinese lava stones and all pavilions have floors made out of Benkirai wood or natural stones. Villa The Sanctuary Bali is constructed with the finest materials in traditional Balinese style and beautifully integrated in a green environment.

LIVING ROOM

The living room is also located in their spacious open-air main pavilion. Situated next to the dining room, it has an enormous lounging sofa and fantastic Indonesian art. Drink a cocktail or read a book to enjoy the spectacular surroundings: it makes you relax, enjoy and dream away.

This is also a great spot for aperitif.

In front of this main pavilion you can see our 35 meter excelling pool. The integrated music sound installation offers a finishing touch.

DINING ROOM & KITCHEN

Their dining room is located in the main pavilion. This sheltered and very spacious open-air pavilion offers stunning green infinity views over Bali’s beauty. It is bordered with beautiful Balinese ponds and illuminated with modern design lamps. Constructed in traditional Balinese style and very heigh ceilings, this is the place you will have your breakfast, lunch and dinner served. The antique teak dining table can easily have 16 - 20 adults eating in comfort. They have an extension available for more people to eat together.

When children occupy the bunk bed room they recommend the children to eat first and their staff will prepare the dining table for their adult guest once the children have finished their meal.

The integrated music sound installation offers a finishing touch.

- Kitchen
Villa The Sanctuary Bali has a professional and fully equipped kitchen where their chefs prepare your food at any time of the day.

The kitchen is located in a separate pavilion connected to the main pavilion with the dining room. Their staff will serve you at any desired time.

You can choose from their menu or make suggestions. They will prepare it for you to the highest standards: their food is delicious! They cater for all flavors: Asian, Western, Vegetarian….

- Food and Alcohol
Villa The Sanctuary Bali allows you to bring your own alcohol. When requested, the villa can also pre-stock wine.
Regarding food, ingredients are purchased by the staff and prepared by the top quality chef cooks (food at market cost plus 15%++ surcharge).
Guests will be asked to settle the expenses bill before check out and to sign the guest expenses bill daily.
The villa needs 3-4 hours for shopping so please be so kind to put the order as early as possible to either the Villa Manager or the Chef.

POOL & GARDEN AREA

- Pool
Their main pool is located in the center of the villa. This 35 meter lap pool has a Jacuzzi and separate children’s area.

They are a child friendly villa and they provide a children’s safety net at no extra cost on request.

A big area along the pool with sun beds and umbrellas offers space for sunning and relaxing in the shade of the palm trees.

They have a second pool which is part of the master bedroom. This private 10 meter pool is normally for the sole use of their guest staying in this bedroom. However, this is not a rule - just a recommendation…

- Garden
Villa The Sanctuary Bali is designed and built with a luxury resort feeling spread out over 20.000 m2 beautiful land overlooking paradise. It is a wonderful retreat and everybody looking for an exclusive holiday or wedding villa can stop looking!

Villa The Sanctuary Bali, open to magnificent views and beautiful private tropical gardens, is the essence of luxury tropical living. You will not find a villa in Bali with larger green lawns than Villa The Sanctuary Bali.

- Music sound system
Villa The Sanctuary Bali has a music sound system along the main pavilion and along the pool. You are kindly asked not to play loud music after 11 pm. At the Billiards Bale louder music can be played until the early hours with the in-house DJ I-pod system.

- Parking
Villa The Sanctuary Bali has a big secured private parking with closed gates and 24 hours security at the entrance. Once you walk down to the entrance of the villa it is like opening a book: a new story begins!

BEDROOMS

- Master Bedroom with private pool
This very spacious and luxurious master bedroom is located in an exclusive private pavilion finished with teak wood and very high ceilings offering ultimate luxury.
On the first floor you find a king-sized bed, a very spacious dressing area and an authentic wooden terrace overlooking our 360 degrees green surroundings and impressive river. There is also a work desk and a lounging seat.
The ground floor offers an open air rain shower in an enclosed beautiful tropical garden, a five star luxury indoor bathroom with build in stone bathtub, two wash tables. The outdoor area has a sofa, a 10-meter private swimming pool and a tropical garden with two sun beds and umbrella overlooking our green jungle and river views.

- Bedroom 2
Bedroom number two is very well positioned with easy access to our central dining and living pavilion. It has a beautiful king-sized bed offering 180 degrees green open views through the large windows around the bedroom.
The very high ceilings and wooden teak floors represent ultimate Balinese luxury. This bedroom has a work desk and a reading corner with original Balinese contemporary art on the walls.
In between the bedroom and the bathroom there is a large dressing with wooden closets to choose your favorite outfit of the day.
The en-suite bathroom has beautiful stone floorings and offers an outdoor shower, an indoor shower, a terrazzo build-in bath tub, two wash tables and a separate restroom.
Great lighting and fresh flowers finish this bathroom.
Bedroom 2 also has a large private terrace overlooking our beautiful green scenery with sun bed and umbrella. From this terrace you can see our pool.

- Bedroom 3
This bedroom is almost identical to bedroom number two. You could say this is a mirror bedroom of bedroom number two.
Hence bedroom number three is also well positioned with easy access to our central dining and living pavilion. It also has a king-sized bed offering green 180 degrees open views through the large windows.
The very high ceilings and teak wooden floors represent ultimate Balinese luxury. You will find a work desk and a reading corner with original Balinese contemporary art on the walls.
In between the bedroom and the bathroom we have a large dressing with wooden closets to choose your favorite outfit of the day.
The luxury en-suite bathroom has beautiful stone floorings with outdoor shower, indoor shower, terrazzo build in bath tub, two wash tables and separate restroom.

- Bedroom 4
Bedroom 4 has an easy access to our 35 meter infinity pool. It has a beautiful king-sized bed offering 180 degrees green views through the large windows around this bedroom.
Bedroom 4 has a white terrazzo floor, a work desk, a beautiful dressing and a reading corner.
The luxury en-suite bathroom has beautiful stone floorings with an outdoor shower, an indoor shower, a terrazzo build in bath tub, two wash tables and a separate restroom.

- Bedroom 5
Bedroom 5 is identical to bedroom 4. Bedroom 5 has an easy access to our wedding pergola.
There is a king-sized bed offering 180 degrees green views through the large windows.
This bedroom has white terrazzo floors, a work desk, a beautiful dressing and a reading corner.
The luxury en-suite bathroom has beautiful stone floorings, contains an outdoor shower, an indoor shower, a terrazzo build in bath tub, two wash tables and a separate restroom.
Great lighting and flowers finish this bathrooms.

- Bedroom 6
Villa The Sanctuary Bali houses two luxurious bedrooms into a big spacious Balinese pavilion build on the riverbank in between the Master Bedroom and the Main Pavillion.
The bedroom on the upper level of this pavilion is bedroom 6. Bedroom 6 has a king-sized bed with en-suite bathroom. There is modern and atmospheric lighting around this bedroom.
Bedroom 6 has the best bedroom views of the villa.
The white palimanan floor gives an authentic, warm character.
The bathroom has a dressing, a shower, two wash tables and a toilet.

- Bedroom 7
Below bedroom number six we have bedroom number seven.
The wooden teak floors give an authentic character and this bedroom has the best views of the villa.
The walls are decorated with real Balinese artcraft.
The bathroom has a dressing, a shower, two wash tables and a separate toilet.

Bedroom 8 - The Romantic Bale Bedroom
This wooden pavilion houses this romantic and extremely charming bedroom.
Surrounded by jungle, it is perfect for couples or younger people to enjoy Bali’s beauty.
It has a Japanese style king-sized bed under a decorative mosquito net. Stairs lead to a bathroom with shower, one wash table and toilet.
The size of this bedroom is much smaller than our large luxurious bedrooms but has a unique and romantic atmosphere.

- Bedroom 9 AND 10 - The Bunk Bedroom
Bedroom 9 is designed for children to sleep and enjoy their splendid time at Villa The Sanctuary Bali.
This bedroom is spread out over 2 floors. It has 10 bunk beds for 20 children: 5 bunk beds on each floor (= maximum 10 children per floor). Each floor has a dressing and a small bathroom with shower, wash table and toilet.
Their bunk beds are made out of teak and of very high quality with very good mattress and linen. They are very nice and comfortable. They consider them as 20 single beds.

- Managing director
Their Managing Director will take care of your bookings, payments and information in regards to Villa The Sanctuary Bali by email. 

- Villa manager
Their villa manager looks after their staff, meets and greets their guest on arrival and departure and makes sure their team meets all expectations. He is in charge of all operations. His name is Putu.
Putu will help you to book a restaurant and to organize excursions in and around Bali! He is fluent in English and will be your guest relation officer coordinating your stay on site.

- Cooks
Villa The Sanctuary Bali has very professional cooks preparing food at any time of the day. You can choose from their menu or order your desired meal. They will prepare it for you to the highest standards: breakfast, lunch, dinner or snack
Most importantly, we cater for all flavors! Asian, Western or Vegetarian: they can cook everything. Their kitchen staff does all the required shopping.

- Villa attendants
Villa The Sanctuary Bali has many smiling Balinese ladies and men who are in charge of housekeeping. They will clean the villa daily and make sure you do not have to worry about anything.

- Butlers
Villa The Sanctuary Bali has professional Balinese ladies and men serving food and drinks at any moment of the day.

- Security guards
Villa The Sanctuary Bali has a professional team working to ensure your safety and security. All guests must register and nobody will be allowed into Villa The Sanctuary Bali without your permission.

- Gardeners
Villa The Sanctuary Bali has a professional team maintaining their tropical gardens and pool without distracting their guest.

- Technician
Villa The Sanctuary Bali has a full time technician in case something would not work to resolve the problem immediately.

- Drivers
Villa The Sanctuary Bali provides two drivers and a Toyota Innova car for 7 people.

CHILDREN

Villa The Sanctuary Bali caters for children of all ages. The villa has two sleeping cots, two baby car seats, two baby high chairs and pool safety toys. Additional baby materials can be rented on request. The media room has DVDs, CDs and books for entertainment. There is a special kids menu available.
Balinese love children and put family in the centre of their lives. Staff at Villa The Sanctuary Bali embraces this culture and truly adore children as the most beautiful gift of life. Arrangements can be made with the staff to babysit or a professional babysitting service can be offered on extended hours.

SPA

In their beautiful Balinese tropical garden they have a wooden open air bale along the river for massage. Enjoy your time here and have yourself surrounded by the beauty of life.

All treatments can be provided by their professional massage ladies! Please ask for their Spa menu.

Choose your treatment and 30 minutes later the treatment will start. They will contact a professional company to come to the villa.

There is a function fee of 1 night and a banjar fee of 5.000.000 IDR for all weddings and events. Please check with us for all costs and conditions.
